anyway the a b c girls all got into the finals. gosh this time last year seems like something so long past. but i still remember before that when the glues accompanied me to suntec to touch the magic fountain and the whole atmosphere on the day itself; the nerves, the cheering, the screaming, the elation when we won the last bout..

speaking of judo, i havnt trained since training camp. which was... 1 month ago.

im so wobbly and unfit now and the most exercise ive done in the past month was to... walk around orchard road.

i will DIE when i eventually go back.
